Booking.com Serenity Lodge Reservation Canceled But Still Charged

I made a booking at Serenity Lodge in Egypt through Booking.com, and I have the reservation number 4752873343. I canceled the hotel booking within the given timeframe and got an email assuring me that there would be no fees. Unfortunately, we were still billed by the hotel. Booking.com has failed to offer any assistance for this matter. We kindly request a refund as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, we will take legal action.
