I am absolutely furious with Booking.com! You might think checking prices on sites like theirs is a good idea, but you're better off dealing directly with hotels. I can assure you, when something goes wrong, they offer absolutely no help whatsoever. I've experienced it firsthand, and it's a nightmare.
I had three separate hotel reservations through Booking.com, and as a result of their incompetence and lack of support, my €2,100 (approximately ₺74,500) has gone up in smoke. They offered zero assistance, not even allowing a simple reservation change. It's infuriating that a company of their supposed caliber leaves customers completely stranded when problems arise.
Booking.com, you need to be held accountable for this! You claim to facilitate bookings, but you vanish the moment an issue occurs, leaving customers to suffer massive financial losses. Return my €2,100 immediately and provide the support you promise! This is unacceptable.
