I am absolutely furious with Booking.com! This hotel, working in conjunction with Booking, completely scammed us. We were left high and dry, and we documented everything. I submitted all our evidence to customer service, but absolutely no one has bothered to help us! It's clear that Booking.com completely disappears the moment there's a problem.
We suffered a massive $1,400 loss because of this. They demanded we send documents, which we did, but months have passed with no action whatsoever. I've been a loyal Booking.com user for years, but when a problem actually arises, it's impossible to reach anyone in authority. They simply tell us to resolve it with the hotel ourselves. If the hotel is my only point of contact, and Booking.com won't guarantee my booking, then why on earth am I paying you a commission?!
Booking.com, you are directly responsible for this fraud and our financial loss! We will be initiating legal proceedings against Booking.com. Compensate us for our $1,400 loss and stop your deceptive practices now!
