Booking.com Reservation Issue: Hotel Closed Upon Arrival

I made a hotel reservation through the Booking.com app, with confirmation number 47840826073826 for hotel 3826. Upon arrival, I found the hotel closed, even though my reservation was confirmed, which caused me significant inconvenience. When I contacted the hotel, they said my appointment was for the following day. This not only ruined our evening but also wasted our time. Additionally, we did not receive a refund. The site did not assist with this issue. We pay for a service and do not receive it.
