Booking.com Reservation Denied at Full Hotel – Refund Still Not Issued

Despite my reservation being confirmed by Booking.com, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, and entry was denied. Upon checking, hotel staff couldn’t find my reservation in their system. I tried contacting Booking.com’s customer service multiple times via phone without success, and despite sending several emails, my issue remains unresolved. This situation left me in a difficult position, forcing me to find another hotel at the last minute. Although I didn’t stay at the booked hotel, I am still waiting for a refund. Booking.com, I urge you to resolve this issue fairly and return my payment.
