Booking.com Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Reservation. Requesting Immediate Action

On August 18, 2024, I canceled a reservation in Bucharest that had a refund guarantee in case of cancellation. Despite being told that the refund was processed, I haven’t received any refund. I’ve contacted Booking.com multiple times without any response, and I couldn’t reach customer service by phone.

The hotel directed me back to Booking.com, leaving me in a loop with no resolution. I’m being unfairly treated by Booking, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. My reservation number is 4338727971. Please process my refund immediately.
