This last-minute cancellation forced me to scramble for another hotel, resulting in higher costs due to limited availability. It’s completely unacceptable that a reservation paid for two months in advance can be canceled so close to the check-in date.
I demand a full refund for my original booking, as well as reimbursement for the price difference I had to pay for a new hotel, as stated in the email I received from Booking.com customer service. Booking.com, honor your policies and compensate me for this inconvenience.
