I Face Refund Delay for Canceled Booking.com Reservation at Kassandra Hotel Paliouri

On July 20, 2024, I booked a stay at Kassandra Hotel Paliouri through Booking.com for August 13–16. The next day, July 21, I canceled my reservation under the hotel’s full no-penalty cancellation policy. Despite this, my payment of approximately ₺19,000 has still not been refunded to my bank card.

My reservation number is 5815**8805. Since the refund never arrived, I have sent multiple follow-up emails to Booking.com customer service, but I have not received any response at all. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem with Booking.com, and I find the complete lack of communication unacceptable.

I am requesting that the full amount be refunded to my bank card without any further delay. I expect Booking.com to take responsibility, resolve this issue immediately, and ensure such refund failures do not happen to other customers.
