Booking.com Failed to Refund €421.60 After Canceling My Reservation

On October 18, 2024, I made a reservation (Verification Code: 4469286772) with a free cancellation option and later canceled it. During this process, €421.60 was charged to my card. After canceling, I received an email confirmation from Booking.com stating that my cancellation was successful and the full amount would be refunded.
However, despite this confirmation, the refund was marked as "canceled" in the app, claiming the amount had already been returned to me—which is untrue. I contacted the hotel, and they directed me to Booking.com or my bank. My bank confirmed that no refund process had been initiated.
I attempted to reach Booking.com’s customer service through the app, which promised a response within 24 hours, but I received none. The provided customer service phone number for Turkey is invalid, leaving me with no one to contact. I am extremely frustrated and demand my refund immediately. This level of service is unacceptable for a company like Booking.com.
