I booked a hotel in Vienna through Booking.com but canceled the reservation on December 10, 2024, due to a change in plans. The cancellation was free, as stated in my booking terms, and Booking.com even sent me an email confirming the cancellation.
Despite this, I have not received my refund as of December 17, 2024. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially since the cancellation policy explicitly guarantees a refund.
My reservation number is 4967983898. I request immediate assistance to process my refund without further delay. Booking.com should honor its policies and ensure timely refunds for canceled reservations. Please resolve this issue promptly!
