Booking.com Rental Had Mice and a Threatening Host

I booked a stay through Booking.com at Iva's Apartment for October 12–16. During my stay, I encountered threatening and disturbing behavior from the host, and I also discovered that there were mice inside the apartment. This situation caused me serious distress, and I had to complete my stay feeling extremely uncomfortable.
When I tried to contact Booking customer service about the issues I experienced, I found that there was no direct contact information available. Instead, the system simply directed me to report the problem to the property. Booking’s failure to verify the reliability of the accommodations listed on its platform, as well as the lack of proper customer support, significantly worsened my experience.
I am requesting a full refund to compensate for the inconvenience and for Booking.com to remove accommodations that cause such issues from their platform.
