Booking.com and Agoda Failed to Refund My Hotel Stay After Mouse Incident

I booked a 6-night stay at Tamam Nauli hotel through Booking.com. However, I later discovered that the reservation was processed via Agoda through some intermediary arrangement. On the first night, I found a mouse in my room, and I refused to stay for the remaining five nights.
I spoke with the hotel management, and they assured me that I would receive a refund. Since the reservation was listed under Agoda, the hotel contacted Agoda to process the refund. Agoda customer service informed me, after my complaint on Şikayetvar, that they had refunded the amount to Booking.com, which should then process the refund to me. However, I have yet to receive any refund from Booking.com.
This back-and-forth has left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund for the nights I didn’t stay. Both companies need to improve their refund coordination to prevent such issues.
