Refund Delayed After Mouse Incident at Nauli Hotel in Bali

I booked a 6-night stay at Nauli Hotel in Bali from October 25-31, 2024. However, our night was completely ruined when a mouse appeared in our room, making it impossible to sleep. The following morning, we spoke with the hotel staff to cancel the remaining reservation. They assured us they would forward our request to Agoda, as the booking was made through their platform, and we would be contacted about the refund.
It has now been almost a month, and we still haven’t received our money back. This experience not only ruined our stay but also caused unnecessary stress. Neither the hotel nor Agoda has resolved this issue. I demand an immediate refund and better communication from both parties to address this matter promptly.
