I Bought a Corendon Flight Ticket on Booking.com but They Won’t Refund My 380€

I purchased a flight ticket through Booking.com, and I initially received a confirmation email. Shortly after, they sent another email saying the reservation couldn’t be completed and that I would get a refund within 2-3 days, along with a link to rebook if I wished. I clicked the link and booked a new ticket. However, my original payment of 380€ has still not been refunded.

For three days, I’ve been in contact with Booking.com customer service. They speak politely but refuse to process my refund. They keep telling me to call the airline. When I contacted Corendon Airlines four times, they said there’s nothing they can do and directed me back to Booking.com. This endless back-and-forth is frustrating and unacceptable.

380€ is a significant amount for me, and I’ve found no responsible authority to handle my complaint. I’m posting this here hoping someone will finally take action. Booking.com must resolve this refund immediately.
