Booking.com Refused Refund – Japandi Room in Colchester Was Freezing and Filthy
Last week, I booked a room at Japandi Room in Colchester through Booking.com for six nights. However, I could barely last one night due to the terrible conditions. The room was freezing cold, the fridge was dirty, and the entire place felt unclean. When I asked the host to turn on the heater, they rudely told me, "The heater runs only 12 hours a day. If you don’t like it, find another hotel," and even started suggesting other hotels instead of fixing the issue. When I reported this to Booking.com, they did nothing and refused to refund my money. This is unacceptable! Booking.com, I demand a full refund! Why are you allowing such low-quality listings on your platform?
