We’ve been trying to report multiple issues to Booking.com and the property owner for hours, but nothing has been resolved.
First, the apartment is extremely cold — the radiators either don’t work or we couldn’t get them to work. We asked for someone to come check, but no one has shown up.
Second, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. They gave us a new password as a solution, but the network doesn’t even show up, so that didn’t help.
Third, there’s a constant dripping sound coming from the shower, making it impossible to rest. We’re staying here for six nights, and at this rate, I honestly don’t know how we’ll sleep.
This is all happening at Eindhoven City Suite 4, Netherlands, booked through Booking.com. I demand that they urgently address these complaints, ensure the heating and Wi-Fi are fixed, and take responsibility for guests being left in such unacceptable conditions. A platform like Booking.com should guarantee minimum living standards — not leave guests freezing and in total silence.
