Booking.com Allowed Freezing Cold Rental – No Support or Refund

My Booking.com reservation at Diffy Grillet - Cordeliers in Lyon turned into one of the worst travel experiences of my life. When we arrived at the property, we were shocked to find all the radiators turned off, and the indoor temperature was only 12.8°C (55°F)—completely unacceptable in the middle of winter! Expecting guests to stay in such freezing conditions is beyond unreasonable.
I immediately reported the issue to Booking.com, hoping for a quick resolution, but instead, I was met with endless procedures and delays, with no real assistance. Rather than offering a solution, they simply kept me waiting, making my vacation completely unenjoyable.
I have trusted Booking.com for years, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in their service. It is unacceptable for such a large and reputable company to ignore customer complaints and leave them stranded in these conditions.
I demand a full refund and expect Booking.com to take accountability for failing to ensure basic livable conditions in their listed accommodations. Fix this immediately!
