Booking.com Refund Still Missing After 16 Days — 328.02 € Not Returned

I canceled my hotel reservation for Hostelle – Women Only Hostel, Barcelona on October 29 within the free cancellation period. However, even after 16 days, the 328.02 euros I paid have still not been refunded to my account. My reservation number is 6508877055.

During this process, I contacted customer service three times by phone and three times by email. I received responses each time, but my issue was never resolved, and the refund has still not been issued. I paid directly through Booking.com with my bank card, and the payment was not forwarded to the hotel.

I request that my refund be processed and deposited into my account as soon as possible.
