Booking.com Refund Not Received After Wrongful Charge at Hilton Brussels
On April 29, I canceled my reservation at Hilton Garden Inn Brussels before the cancellation deadline. Despite this, €168 was wrongly charged to my credit card. I contacted Booking.com customer service both by phone and email. During these conversations, they admitted the mistake and assured me that they would help. However, even after nearly three months, no refund has been made and I have not received any proper follow-up.
My reservation number is 4775170593. Despite all my attempts to communicate, my issue has not been resolved. I demand that this wrongful charge be refunded to me as soon as possible.
