Booking.com Refund Shows Processed but Money Not Returned to Card

I made a refundable reservation through Booking.com for Hotel Doho for the dates April 28 – May 3, 2026, paying a total of $803 using my credit/debit card.
Today, I canceled the reservation, and I was informed that the refund would be issued the same day, as the reservation was eligible for a full refund. In the system, the refund appears to have been processed, but no payment has been credited back to my card.
In addition, despite trying multiple times to contact customer service, I have not been able to reach any representative.
Because the system shows the refund as completed while the money has not actually been returned to my account, and because I cannot reach customer support, I am experiencing a serious inconvenience. I request that the $803 payment be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation and clarification regarding the refund process.
