Booking.com Refund Not Received After Canceled Bucharest Hotel Reservation
On September 18, I canceled my Booking.com reservation at Wow Old Town hotel in Bucharest. After the cancellation, I was informed that the payment of ₺3,154 would be refunded to me. However, even after 4–5 days, no refund has been processed and I have not received any update.
During this time, I tried calling Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I was unable to reach anyone. The calls were not answered, and I didn’t receive any automatic response or information either. I made the original payment using my bank card, and I request that the refund process be completed immediately.
I expect my issue to be resolved and the amount I paid to be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
