I Face Refund Refusal With Booking.com After Hotel Changed My Reservation Dates

I booked and paid for a hotel through Booking.com, carefully selecting the dates I needed. However, after confirming the payment, I noticed that my reservation was set for completely different dates. When I clicked on the hotel details, I realized that the property had automatically changed my booking to match their availability, not the dates I chose. This was done without my consent.
I spotted the issue within five minutes of payment and immediately canceled the reservation. Despite acting so quickly, I have not received any refund. I also tried contacting the hotel directly, but they are unreachable. This is extremely unfair, as the date change was caused entirely by the hotel and not by me.
I am requesting a full and immediate refund of my payment. Booking.com should take responsibility for allowing hotels to alter booking dates without customer approval and ensure that such practices are stopped to prevent similar issues for other travelers.
