Booking.com Charged Me Twice for a Hostel Booking
I made a reservation for a hostel in Stockholm through Booking.com. However, after my stay, I discovered that Booking.com had charged my credit card an additional amount that was almost equal to the entire cost of the reservation.
I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times and provided them with all the requested information via email. However, I have not received any response from them.
I am very disappointed with Booking.com's lack of customer service and transparency. I am surprised that such a large and well-known company would allow this to happen.
I will not be using Booking.com again and I urge others to avoid this company as well.
