Booking.com Hotel Overcharge in Morocco, No Refund After Complaint

During my hotel reservation at Hotel Razane in Kenitra, Morocco, which I booked through Booking.com, the hotel charged me an extra 218 MAD at check-in. I paid the amount in cash directly at the reception.

I reported this issue twice through the Booking.com app, but even after more than 20 days, I have not received any response. My reservation confirmation number is 50140**331.

I request that the extra amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
