I Paid Twice At Meraki Resort Sharm El Sheikh As Booking.com Denied My ₺83,000 Payment

Months ago, I booked Meraki Resort Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh through Booking.com for August 18–23. I completed the payment by credit card, and my reservation was confirmed. Both my bank statement and Booking.com’s confirmation email clearly showed that the payment had been received.
But when I arrived at the hotel on August 18, I was shocked to be told that Booking.com had not transferred my payment and that I could not check in. To avoid being stranded, I was forced to make an additional payment of about ₺83,000 directly to the hotel. I have both the receipt and the official invoice from the property as proof.
I immediately contacted Booking.com for help, but despite sending multiple messages throughout the day, I never received any response. With no support, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation by the evening. Even worse, after canceling, Booking.com deducted an additional ₺65,000–₺70,000 from my account, with no proper explanation of the charges.
The cancellation policy had been clearly stated when I booked, yet due to the lack of communication and support from Booking.com, I was forced into a situation that cost me far more than the original booking. This was the first time I have ever experienced such a severe problem with them.
I demand the full refund of all extra payments, along with an official apology from Booking.com. My confirmation number is 4571177461. Customers should not be left helpless, forced to pay twice, and then charged again on top of that.
