Booking.com Hotel Reservation Cancelation Issue

On July 26, I made a standard hotel reservation through Booking.com for Pickalbatros Laguna Club Resort Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. My reservation was confirmed, and $681.15 was charged to my credit card. However, on August 7, due to an error caused by Booking.com, my reservation was canceled. On the same day, my account was charged three more times, and multiple additional payment attempts were made. As a result of this issue, despite still holding valid flight tickets, and with very little time left before my planned trip, I have been receiving vague responses from Booking.com’s finance department such as, “we can see your payment, we are waiting for updates.” Meanwhile, the prices for the hotel I originally wanted to stay at have increased, and due to Booking.com’s mistake, I am now unable to stay at my chosen hotel and risk losing my flight tickets. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to customer service, I have only received evasive explanations and no concrete solution has been offered. I have suffered significant financial and emotional loss. My request is to be accommodated at the hotel I originally booked or at another hotel of the same or higher standard, all-inclusive, for the same dates. My reservation number is: 6852363640. I expect an urgent and satisfactory resolution from Booking.com.
