Booking.com Confirmed My Stay But White House Hotel in Târgu Jiu Refused Entry

I booked a stay through Booking.com at a property called White House in Târgu Jiu for September 27–28, paying ₺1,537 with my credit card. My reservation was confirmed (Reservation No: 5836583025).

However, when I arrived at the property, the host called me and informed me that there were no available rooms, and I would not be able to stay there. This caused me serious inconvenience and frustration. My reservation was not canceled by the property, and I was not offered any alternative accommodation or refund.

I tried to reach Booking.com customer service through the app, but I received no assistance and still haven’t received my money back. This is the first time I’ve ever had such an issue, and I feel completely let down by the platform.

I request that my ₺1,537 payment be refunded immediately and that my inconvenience be properly addressed.
