Booking.com Has Not Refunded My Canceled Reservation After Four Months

On July 10, during my visa application, I made a reservation from Milan through Booking.com. The fee was charged to my card due to the prolonged visa process. Then my plan changed and I canceled the reservation. Now the 4th month has been completed, but I still have not been refunded. On top of that, I had to pay interest. The customer service number in Turkey is absolutely unreachable, so I am forced to constantly call the UK number and therefore pay additional fees. My e-mails, which are said to be returned within 48 hours, are answered in 7 days at the earliest and sometimes in 2 weeks. In the responses, it is said that the place where I made my reservation has refunded my fee, but there is no fee refunded to me. The bank closed my card. I have repeatedly made expenditure objections and cancellations through the bank and Booking, but I cannot get results. I will solve this problem somehow, but I do not want anyone to make a reservation through this disgraceful site and be victimized like me. For your information.
