Booking.com is Stealing From Customer

Confirmation id 1007100603, Pin 0744.  I made a payment of 21,500 Turkish Lira to the hotel, and based on the hotel's exchange rate of 1 Euro to 30 Turkish Lira, the total came to over 693.70 Euros. If you encounter any issues with this, please contact the hotel. It's essential to resolve this and refund my money promptly, as it's the ethical thing to do. According to my calculations, the correct amount should be 564.20 Euros after deducting 151.80 Euros. Unfortunately, despite 10 days passing, I have received neither a response nor a refund. This has left me devastated. My experience began with booking a vacation, only to have it canceled the night before. When I reached out to booking.com to address the issue, they offered an alternative hotel that turned out to be subpar. They assured me of a refund and requested my bill, but it has now been 10 days without any communication or money returned. It's disheartening to see booking.com seemingly engage in fraudulent practices, such as falsely advertising hotel availability and then allowing hotels to inappropriately cancel reservations, leaving customers stranded. They promise refunds, but nothing happens. I strongly believe that booking.com is acting unethically, and I've been trying to reach their customer service for hours now. Whenever someone finally answers my call, they abruptly disconnect it. This situation is frustrating, and I shouldn't have to continuously explain these errors, especially during my vacation. It's causing unnecessary stress and dampening my trip experience.
