I am the owner of Darad Diani Hotel, located in Diani, Kenya, which is listed on Booking.com under property ID 15313273. I am writing regarding the commission invoice for December, invoice number 1645494907. For tax purposes in Kenya, I urgently need a revised December 2025 commission invoice that includes my property’s KRA PIN: P051750439E, so that I can reclaim VAT from the local tax authorities and clear my December dues correctly. I have not yet paid the December commission because I am waiting for this updated invoice with the correct tax details, and I am required to make this payment today. I have tried to reach Booking.com support about this issue, but have not received any response so far. I request that you immediately issue a new December 2025 commission invoice for my property, with the KRA PIN P051750439E clearly stated, and make it available in my extranet or send it to me by email without any delay, so that I can proceed with the payment and my VAT reclamation on time.
