Booking.com Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Malta Hotel Reservation
I made a reservation for a hotel in Malta through Booking.com (confirmation number 4850415451). Due to changes in my plans, I canceled the reservation on November 25, 2024. While the platform shows the reservation as canceled, the refund has still not been processed back to my credit card.
I trusted Booking.com as a reputable platform, but this delay in refunding my payment is unacceptable. I expected a smooth and timely refund process, but instead, I’m left waiting with no updates or resolution. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and a proper explanation for this delay. Booking.com must address this issue promptly to maintain customer trust.
