Booking.com Egypt Hotel Refund Not Reflected on Bank Card

On Friday, December 26, I made a hotel reservation for Egypt through Booking.com with a total payment of $337.40 USD, and I canceled the reservation on the same day. During the cancellation process, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 7–12 days.

As of today, even though approximately 10 days have passed, there is no refund reflected on my Garanti Bank debit card. There is also no pending authorization or pending transaction visible on my card. In the Booking.com system, my confirmation number is 6623913067.

Despite checking pending card transactions, I cannot see any refund, so I do not know what action I should take or where the process is delayed. I am requesting that the $337.40 USD payment for this same-day canceled reservation be refunded to my Garanti Bank debit card as soon as possible, and that the status of the refund process be clearly explained to me in writing.
