Booking.com Still Hasn’t Refunded My 431 € After a Confirmed Cancellation

On October 7, I made a reservation through Booking.com for Cabinn Apartments with reservation number 6832878004. However, I canceled the reservation the same day, and my cancellation request was accepted. I was told that the refund would be processed within 7–12 days, but this period has long passed and the 431 euros have still not been refunded to my credit card.
When I contacted the hotel using the phone number listed on their website, they told me I needed to speak with Booking.com. However, it has been impossible to reach Booking.com: the phone number doesn’t work, there is no email address available, and the message section within the app no longer shows my reservation. I have sent multiple emails but received no response. I also spoke with my bank, and there are no pending transactions or authorizations.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and at this point I don’t know what steps to take or when my refund will be issued. Because Booking.com’s communication channels are effectively closed, I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the refund be deposited into my account without further delay.
