Booking.com Double Charged Credit Card for Ubud Villa Reservation

On September 22, 2025, I booked a stay through Booking.com at Villa Lavina 2br Ubud with Private Pool for September 23–26, 2025, with confirmation number 6496989721. While making the payment with my Halkbank credit card, I noticed that the amount of $235.20 was charged three times at the same moment. This resulted in an overcharge of $470.40.
My reservation was confirmed without issue, and it was processed for just one villa. However, despite contacting Booking.com customer service about the extra charges, I have not received any response.
I request a full refund of the $470.40 that was overcharged to my account and a detailed explanation of why this issue occurred.
