I have been financially and emotionally harmed by Booking! I booked a room at the Stockholm Scandic Go4 Hotel through Booking for the period from February 6 to 9, with no option for cancellation.
Booking unilaterally reserved two rooms and deducted the payment twice from my credit card. In one of the transactions, my password was requested, and the payment was processed while I was making the booking, while the other transaction, although I never confirmed it, was executed four hours later from the same credit card without a confirmation message.
I have requested the cancellation of one booking and the refund of the excess room fee. Booking canceled both bookings. They refunded the fee for one booking. For the other booking, they neither refunded the money nor reserved the room!
Even though I have already paid for the hotel, I now have no room! In addition to the financial damage, it has also ruined my anticipation of staying at the desired hotel!
I demand a prompt resolution to my problem.
