Booking.com Complaint For Hotel Stay
On March 19, 2026, I made a reservation through Booking.com for a stay at Country Inn & Suites located at 2001-AR Dixon Blvd in Shelby, NC. At the time of booking, I was charged $152.24 through Booking.com. When I arrived and checked in at the hotel, I was charged again, and the total amount I ended up paying was $304.48. Both charges have fully posted to my account, and this situation appears to be a duplicate charge for the same stay. I do not have a phone number or direct contact for Booking.com, so I have not been able to resolve this issue through their customer service. I request that the duplicate amount of $152.24 be refunded to me as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation of why I was charged twice for the same reservation.
