Booking.com Reservation Shows As 2 Different Payments on My Cards
I just booked a hotel through your platform, and I'm upset because I got charged twice. I used Booking.com to reserve a room at an international hotel, but I ended up paying for it twice! Even though I emailed you about this matter more than a month ago, I still haven't received a response. The fact that I am still out of pocket due to this error after all this time is getting under my skin ,really frustrating. To be completely honest, I am really disappointed by the entire situation. Because of this, I question whether Booking.com is customer-centric at all. The service I have received thus far has left me extremely dissatisfied. Could you please respond to this double charge as soon as possible? I would greatly appreciate it. If you could look into the problem and figure out how to fix it soon, that would be great.
