Booking.com Charged Me Twice for My Hilton Cologne Reservation
On February 24, 2025, I booked a three-night stay at Hilton Cologne through Booking.com for March 7-10 as a single guest in one room. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was charged twice for the same reservation.
Booking.com somehow registered two separate bookings for one room, which I never made. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me, “You made two reservations”, which is absolutely not true. I never booked twice, yet I was charged twice.
I am demanding an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. Booking.com, fix this mistake and return my money now!
