I Experience Duplicate Payment on Booking.com and No Refund Response for a Month
I rented a house through Booking.com and was charged twice for the same reservation. Despite creating multiple support tickets and explaining the situation in full detail — even providing visual proof — I have not received any response for over a month.
This has caused both financial loss and serious frustration, as I have tried every possible way to reach a representative to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, there seems to be no real person I can speak with to get help. For a global company like Booking.com, this level of customer service is unacceptable and disappointing.
I urgently request a full refund for the duplicate charge and an official explanation for why my previous requests have been ignored. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure such billing errors and poor communication do not happen again. I am sharing my complaint here as a last resort to get the attention this matter deserves.
