Booking.com Charged My Card for a Canceled Ramada Hotel Reservation in Dubai

I booked a reservation at Ramada Hotel in Dubai through Booking.com, but later, I canceled it within the allowed time frame. Despite the cancellation, my credit card was charged the full amount for the entire stay without my authorization.
I have repeatedly contacted Booking.com’s customer service, yet no one has responded to my requests for a refund. I have sent multiple messages, but all have been ignored. There is no proper customer support, and I am stuck with an unfair charge on my credit card.
I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Booking.com must take responsibility for wrongful transactions and improve its customer service. I will escalate this issue further if I do not receive my refund.
