Unauthorized Charge on My Card from Booking.com – No Support or Response

An unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card via Booking.com without my knowledge or consent. This was done as a password-free transaction, meaning I had no chance to approve or prevent it.
I have tried multiple times to contact Booking.com, but there is zero customer support. There is no direct communication channel, no phone number to call, and no response to my emails—except for automated replies. The only response I received was a generic message telling me to contact my bank, which is completely unhelpful.
I expect Booking.com to take responsibility for this unauthorized charge and provide an immediate refund. If they fail to address this issue, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities. Booking.com, fix this now!
