Booking.com Canceled My Zurich Reservation Without Explanation – Refund Still Missing
I booked a hotel in Zurich, Switzerland, through Booking.com, trusting them as a reputable platform. However, they canceled my reservation without any explanation and did not refund my money. I have sent multiple emails and even made calls internationally, but they have yet to resolve the issue. I feel completely ignored, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be left stranded after paying in advance. Booking.com’s lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing. I advise others not to use Booking.com, as they will take your money and leave you without support or a solution. I expect a full refund and a prompt response to rectify this issue.

My reservation made through Booking was canceled without reason and against my request, according to their own whims. I can't get any response, and they haven't refunded my money. It's been months. Never trust them to make a reservation; your vacation money will go to waste, and you won't find anyone to deal with. I've been trying for almost 3 months, and I haven't received my money back.
They still haven't refunded my money, and I had to book another hotel. There's no response, and each time I have to explain the situation to a different customer representative, but there's no solution.
