Booking.com Charged for 10-Minute Cancellation on Dubai Stay

I booked the “Upgraded 1BR in Downtown with Burj Khalifa View” on Booking.com for Dubai on 15.01.2025. However, I canceled the reservation just 10 minutes after booking. To my surprise, they still deducted a fee and processed a partial refund. A charge for a 10-minute cancellation is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for the amount that was wrongfully deducted. I expect Booking.com to resolve this issue promptly and return the money I am owed.
