My Stradivarius Order Reached the Courier Branch but Never Arrived at My Address

I placed an order with Stradivarius on May 25, 2026. The package was shipped within one day, and I received tracking number 5462******77. According to the shipment tracking records, the package arrived at the Sakarya Serdivan branch on June 1, 2026. However, since that date, no delivery has been made, and the package has remained at the branch for days without any movement.

Although my delivery address is complete and accurate, there was only an issue with my phone number. Despite this, no apparent effort was made to deliver the package by visiting the address or ringing the doorbell. Instead, the shipment has simply been left at the branch without notification or a delivery attempt. As a customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with having to wait this long without any communication or effort to complete the delivery.

I request that my order be delivered to my address today. If delivery cannot be completed immediately, I ask that the order be placed into the return process without further delay and that I be informed accordingly.
