I Paid for Express Shipping but My Stradivarius Order Still Has Not Arrived

I ordered a T-shirt from Stradivarius on Sunday and paid an additional shipping fee specifically to receive the package sooner. I expected the order to arrive by Tuesday, but despite the shipment showing that it has been in my city since yesterday, it still has not been delivered. This delay has caused both inconvenience and a significant disruption to my plans.

The day before, I even sent a message to the delivery driver explaining that I urgently needed the package and politely requested that it be prioritized if possible. Despite my efforts, there has been no progress, no update, and no delivery attempt. As a result, I am unable to benefit from the expedited shipping service that I paid extra for, which defeats the entire purpose of choosing a faster delivery option.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and expect the service I paid for to be honored. I request that my package be delivered to my address immediately and without any further delay.
