Stradivarius Order Remains Undelivered Despite Multiple Delivery Promises

My Stradivarius order was shipped through BirGundeKargo and was originally scheduled for delivery on June 2. However, despite three additional days passing, the package has still not arrived. The estimated delivery date keeps being postponed, and the tracking information is repeatedly updated from “out for delivery” in the morning to “transferred, will be delivered on the next route” by the evening, without any actual delivery taking place.
My tracking number is 5462*************032. When I contacted the courier through messages, I was told one day that the package would be delivered that same day, but it never arrived. The following day, I asked again and was told that the shipment was “on the way,” yet there was still no delivery. I have contacted both Stradivarius and the shipping company regarding this issue. Unfortunately, Stradivarius was unable to provide any clear information, while the courier has only given vague responses such as “it has been on the road for two days.”
I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing delay and the lack of transparent communication. The constant postponements and inability to obtain accurate information have made this process unnecessarily stressful. If my package does not arrive within this week, I will have no choice but to cancel and return the order.
I request the immediate delivery of my shipment and a clear explanation regarding the reason for this delay and when I can realistically expect to receive my order.
