I Need a Refund for Stradivarius Ballet Flats That Injured My Feet

I purchased and received the bow-toe ballet flats included in Trendyol order number 11217369136 on May 14, 2026. Despite wearing the shoes only two or three times, they caused deep wounds and severe irritation on my feet and heels every single time I used them. From the very first wear, the product rubbed against my skin excessively and caused significant discomfort. Unfortunately, every subsequent attempt resulted in the same painful injuries, negatively affecting my health and making the shoes impossible to use.
Considering that this issue occurred after only a few uses and consistently repeated itself each time I wore the product, I believe the shoes are defective and not fit for their intended purpose. I am requesting an immediate refund of approximately $27 for a product that I am unable to wear due to the injuries it causes.
I have not yet contacted Trendyol or Stradivarius customer service regarding this matter because I have already worn the shoes. However, if a refund is denied for a product that is clearly unusable, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
I respectfully request that the product be examined and evaluated as a defective item and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
