Booking.com Refuses to Refund Canceled Reservation Charge
I recently made a reservation through Booking.com but realized it was incorrect almost immediately. I canceled it within minutes, expecting no charge since the cancellation was made right away. However, my credit card was still charged, and Booking.com has yet to issue a refund. Despite explaining multiple times that the cancellation happened almost instantly, they continue to withhold my money, which feels like an unjust profit on their part. I am incredibly frustrated that Booking.com won’t address this situation fairly, leaving me out of pocket for a reservation I didn’t use. I am asking for an immediate resolution and full refund for this charge.
