I Am Still Waiting for My Stradivarius Package After the Courier Returned It

I purchased products from Stradivarius with a total value of approximately $384, but after 15 days, the shipment status still shows as “out for delivery.” Concerned about the delay, I spent a significant amount of time trying to reach the shipping company. When I finally managed to speak with them, I was informed that the package had already been returned to Stradivarius.
Unfortunately, reaching Stradivarius has been extremely difficult. After considerable effort, I was only able to contact customer service through WhatsApp. Instead of providing a clear explanation or solution, the representative repeatedly asked the same questions and simply told me to continue waiting. I have not received any meaningful information about the whereabouts of my order, the return process, or when this issue will be resolved.
I find it unacceptable that neither the shipping company nor Stradivarius has provided a clear update regarding an order of this value. I have already waited far longer than a reasonable delivery period and still do not know whether my order will be delivered or refunded.
I am requesting immediate action. Either my order should be delivered without further delay, or a full refund should be issued as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the status of my returned shipment and the resolution timeline.
