Booking.com Reservation Cancellation without Explanation

I signed up for an account on Booking.com and went ahead to book a hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. I made the payment using my credit card. Just three days before our trip, Booking.com suddenly closed my account and canceled my reservation without any explanation whatsoever. After multiple attempts, I was unable to get in touch with anyone for clarification. In a rather frustrating turn of events, Booking.com deducted ₺118 from my payment, despite the fact that they canceled the reservation themselves on March 20, 2024. This cancellation occurred before the specified deadline of March 21, 2024, which would have incurred a $128.73 USD penalty for cancellations. This unfair action not only placed me in a challenging predicament but also unjustly benefited from confiscating my funds. I kindly request a refund for the full amount that was paid. If needed, I will take this matter to the authorities in the Netherlands.
